 Dealing with chaos and conflict in life.’ Life is meant to be kind. It helps you grow when you get entangled with outdated moods of perception or limiting patterns of both beliefs and behaviour, by gently bringing about a change in circumstances. Humans know one thing from the day they become aware of being in their bodies. And that one definitive thing is that life is constant change. When you look at this from any angle, we as humans are always aware that there is something that we don’t know, or cannot forsee. The whole concept of being human is to experience ourselves as our lives unfold. As a result of this phenomenon, humans must always ‘budget’ or account for unforeseen, unpredictable events. We say ‘who knows what tomorrow will bring’ when we plan for our future and other wishes, goals and aspirations.  At the end of each day, we tick off items from our ‘To- Do’ list. Kindly let us also check our ‘To- Be’ list. Daily self evaluation, estimation, judgment, appraisal is a healthy practice and the key to success, accomplishment, achievement in every sphere of our lives. At some point or the other, we receive feedback, assessment, estimation, response from other people about our inner personality, character, nature, charisma of who we are, who we can be, and how can we improve, enhance, upgrade, boost. Instead of knowing ourselves through the eyes of others, we can self evaluate ourselves daily and improve our inner personality. This will bring a drastic, exorbitant, extravagant, desperate change in your looks, your behaviour, attitude, conduct, your personality, temperament, charisma without fail.
