Almighty God is everything in my life. When I am alone, He is my comforter. When I am nothing, He is my everything. When I am sad and lonely, He is my joy and happiness. When I am weak and helpless, God is my strength. The most powerful prayerful word I know is Bless. And the person I wish all the best is You. The discipline of concentration is indispensable for even common acts like walking, talking, writing or reading. Spiritual progress & bliss depend on disciplined effort. It can come only through hard and difficult toil, not through pleasant easy paths. Life becomes worth living only when one has disciplined habits, concentration of mind, renunciation of sensual pleasures and faith in the Self. Kindness towards others is kindness toward yourself. Patience with others gives rise to more patience with yourself. There is nothing particularly selfish about acting in your own self interest. Even when you create value solely for yourself, the benefits of your good work extend far beyond you. When you act with love, creativity and goodness, that goodness cannot be contained. In the very same way any time you create value for others, you too are a beneficiary. No matter where your good intentions and actions are directed, they reflect back on you. Yours sincere generosity raises the energy level of all life. So  do beauty, understanding, appreciation, admiration, wisdom, gratitude and more. Never pass up the opportunity to act with goodness, no matter its direction. Be good to you and good to everyone else. Even when every person you encounter seems to be thoughtless, rude, inconsiderate, you can still be kind. The quality of your life is affected by outside forces and events. What makes the biggest difference, or ever, is the way you choose to see life, and to live it. Decide now, do it and live it
