Strength grows when we dare, Unity grows when we pair, Love grows when we share and Relation grows when we care. Remember the moments that made you Glad and Happy. Nothing is more refreshing than a beautiful morning that calms your mind and gives you reasons to smile and to be happy with laughter on your face. Laughter not only makes you feel good, but it improves your mental health, immune system & vascular function. When you laugh, your body produces endorphins, which are feel good hormones. These hormones make you feel good and happy and you feel better after laughing. It is a simple way to care for your heart. It does not necessitate drastic change in lifestyle, but it may inspire you to seek happiness in your life. It is an easy way to take care of your heart. It doesn’t require a huge lifestyle change, but it may encourage you to find the happiness in your life each day. Laughter increases the strength of your immune system. It reduces your chances of having a heart attack. Your heart rate rises and you take several deep breaths when you laugh. This improves vascular function by allowing more oxygenated blood to circulate through your body. It prevents the onset of a heart disease. Laughter alleviates stress & also burns calories. When combined healthy diet and regular exercise, you will have a better chance of avoiding future heart problems! Your Blood Pressure is reduced. Your body relaxes, decreasing your blood pressure. The reduced blood pressure enhances your mood, reduces anxiety and relieves heart strain. It increases your happiness and improve your heart health by adding more laughing to your life. Spending time with good friends and family members is one of the easiest methods to smile and be happy. Looking back on amusingly recollections or reminiscing about former events may be wonderful way to share special moments with others. Gratitude is the root of all happiness in your life. When you create a difference in someone’s life, you not only impact their life, you impact everyone influenced by them. Every person gets influenced by vibrations around them. Few people are emotionally weak and emotional weakness makes them vulnerable and they get affected by environmental vibrations more than the others around them. Similarly when someone in an emotionally depleted state, affected by the environmental vibrations has to face a slightly difficult situation, they lose control over themselves. If we want to create peace, respect and harmony in the world, let us remember it begins in our mind. If we want everyone to be healthy, we will need to curb the pollution we are creating.
