SMILE is electricity and life is battery. Whenever you Smile, the battery gets charged and beautiful day is activated. So keep Smiling. Let’s go and move on from what no longer serves positive purpose. But don’t discard what is old merely because it is old. If you discover that a particular new habit, perception, or technique is more useful, embrace it. Yet, in the absence of a better way, stick with what works. Just because something is new doesn’t mean it is superior. There is a lot to be said for what’s been proven for years over years, decades, centuries. The old way is not lnecessarily the best way. But neither is it something to be summarily thrown out. A whole lot of things happened long before you were aware that anything was happening. The greatest romance is with the Infinite. You have no idea how beautiful life can be. When you suddenly find God everywhere, when He comes and talks to you and guides you, the romance of divine love has begun. To cleanse our mind, prayer is the water and repentance is the soap. Repentance must be followed by a resolute determination not to repeat the wrong. To purify our heart, one must practise  (self-restraint of mind and the senses) and other sadhanas which can control the senses of perception and action. These may seem difficult in the early stages but any work that is worth doing has that drawback. From today’s perspective, the past may seem on sophisticated, yet massive, enduring value was created in those times. Go with what works well, with what makes the most sense. Whether it is a new way or the old way, choose the best way. When this day is over, there will be some things that you didn’t get done. That’s okay. The world will not come to a screeching halt just because every item on your ‘to do’ list didn’t get checked off. Sure, it is important to work diligently, doing what needs to be done. It is also important to enjoy each step along the way. If you postpone your relaxation and enjoyment until every thing is completed, you will never be able to relax. Because there’s always something left to do. By contrast, when you enjoy each moment as it comes, even when under pressure of ‘things to do’, then you will develop a solid confidence that will make your efforts more effective. What are you giving up, what are you missing out on, in your futility attempt to get ‘caught up’? Remember today will be gone soon. Your chance  to enjoy it is right now
