Heart is a very good fertiliser; anything we plant – love, hate, fear, hope, revenge, jealousy, – surely grows and bears fruit. We have to decide what to harvest. Freedom is the first five minutes in which we are born to cry naked, nameless, without sin, without directions, and without human grudge. Five minutes after our birth, people will decide our name, nationality, religion & caste & we will spend our life fighting & stupidly defending things we didn’t choose. Too often we underestimate the power of touch, a smile, kind word, a listening ear,an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Never do anything that taints your mind. Wrong actions cause negative or evil mental vibrations that are reflected in your whole appearance & personality. Engage in those actions & thoughts that nurture the good qualities you want to have. May your future always shine. Every Interaction is an opportunity to Learn, Only  if we are interested in ‘Improving’ rather than ‘Proving’… Do you consider difficult issues as problems? The answer is yes for most of us. But achievers go one step further: They take each problem as a challenge! I have been repeatedly saying that our mind is a ‘thought factory’ and the quality of our thoughts will decide the quality of our life. While working towards our goals, difficult issues will confront us as problems. But we have to take advantage of each problem and derive some benefit from the same. The human brain becomes more and sharper with usage. List all the difficultie issues you have and convert all of them as opportunities for improvement. Life is a rope that swings us  through hope. Always believe that today is better than yesterday and tomorrow will be much better than today. Spirit experiences and expresses values. Values are feelings and emotions – that which cannot be captured totally by words or understood by the intellect. The goal of the spiritual path is to understand the spiritual dimension of life and live fully all the values that the spirit represents. What are those values? Peace, love, joy, beauty, unlimited knowledge, and the capacity to understand both mind and matter. Focus on the blessings life has given you and forget the sorrows, and you’ll surely be happy. Why worry? Do your best, and then relax. Let things go on in a natural way, rather than force them. Then everyone around you will be relaxed, too.
